It was the absolute best experience I've had selling a home- there were numerous hiccups (NONE his fault) he had to relay to me and all were shared expeditiously w/ a solution or several immediately following. Several of those things weren't even "his problem" necessarily (i.e. banking stuff) yet he was so informed and linked in w/ others he helped move those things along, too- the service was genuinely above and beyond. While I'll never set foot in Tennessee again I'd absolutely use Jonathan's services again if possible. Please know no matter how awesome your realtor is you're missing out if it's not Jonathan

Jonathan Kraft was my real estate agent and more importantly he was a guide, a professional, and also a knowledgeable real estate agent . The bank I used unfortunately confused details regarding the closing. Jonathan stated to me one fact that every Customer Service professional operates by. He stated that he was there for me and anything that was needed to assist me with. We communicated multiple times a day leading up to my closing. When the closing was finished the one and only concern I had was that I would not be communicating with him on that daily basis. Many people are good at what they do but Jonathan Kraft proceeds with intelligence, patience, professionalism and a huge dose of humor.
